Hello! I’m Alana, a counsellor based in Noosa Heads on the Sunshine Coast. My passion lies in helping people reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and find a sense of ease, joy, and freedom in their lives.
I create a welcoming, safe space where you can pause, breathe, and explore your emotions at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating grief, anxiety, heart ache and pain, or simply seeking more balance, I’m here to support you and guide you toward emotional clarity, resilience, and well-being.
I hold a Bachelor of Counselling from the University of the Sunshine Coast and I am a current member of the Australian Counselling Association.
