I offer a compassionate, grounded presence as we work together, gently supporting you in connecting with your thoughts, feelings, and body. My approach is trauma-informed — I work alongside the strategies you’ve developed to cope, without judging what has happened in your life.
Drawing on mindfulness, somatic practices, and evidence-based approaches, therapy becomes a shared space where insight, self-compassion, and gentle growth can naturally emerge at a pace that feels right for you.

We begin by pausing, noticing your inner world, and creating a sense of safety together. I offer gentle support with grounding and regulation tools to help your nervous system settle, so your body and mind feel ready to explore what’s arising.

As trust develops, we gently notice the patterns, beliefs, and protective parts that shape your experience. This might involve tuning into emotions held in the body, reflecting on past experiences with kindness, or connecting with younger or emerging parts of yourself that long to be seen and heard.

Together, we explore how insights might translate into daily life — noticing small shifts, setting gentle boundaries, and trying new ways of relating. Over time, you may begin to feel a little more spacious, connected, and confident as you navigate life’s changes.

Individual Sessions: 60 minutes – $120
Extended Sessions: 90 minutes – $150
