Women’s Counselling Sunshine Coast
With Alana Grace – Female Counsellor in Noosa
“Sometimes life feels overwhelming, and you carry more than you can hold. I provide a warm, gentle, and non-judgemental space where women can feel truly seen, heard, and supported.”
Why Women Choose Counselling
Many women reach out when life feels heavy, confusing, or unbalanced. Counselling offers a space to reconnect with yourself, explore emotions, and navigate challenges with support and clarity and development of a greater sense of well-being. Together, we can gently explore self-worth, health, boundaries, and life transitions.
Areas I Support Women With:
Anxiety & panic attacks
Depression & low mood
Low confidence & self-esteem
Boundaries & people-pleasing
Life transitions & identity changes
Relationship challenges
Grief & loss
Stress & burnout
There are times in all of our lives when things can feel too overwhelming to navigate on our own. Some examples of things to work on:
Rebuilding self-worth and confidence
Managing overwhelming
Emotional regulation
Setting healthy boundaries, exploring people pleasing tendencies
Working on compassion and kindness for self
Navigating life transitions (career, relationships, motherhood)
Emotional support for anxiety, grief, or stress
Exploring identity and purpose

“If you had not suffered as you have, there would be no depth to you as a human being, no humility, no compassion.” — Eckhart Tolle
“Sometimes our self-compassion practice is simply about saying, ‘this is really hard’ and letting that be enough. “ Kristin Neff,
