Why Women Choose Counselling

Many women reach out when life feels heavy, confusing, or unbalanced. Counselling offers a space to reconnect with yourself, explore emotions, and navigate challenges with support and clarity and development of a greater sense of well-being. Together, we can gently explore self-worth, health, boundaries, and life transitions.

Areas I Support Women With:
Anxiety & panic attacks

  1. Depression & low mood

  2. Low confidence & self-esteem

  3. Boundaries & people-pleasing

  4. Life transitions & identity changes

  5. Relationship challenges

  6. Grief & loss

  7. Stress & burnout

There are times in all of our lives when things can feel too overwhelming to navigate on our own. Some examples of things to work on:

  • Rebuilding self-worth and confidence

  • Managing overwhelming

  • Emotional regulation

  • Setting healthy boundaries, exploring people pleasing tendencies

  • Working on compassion and kindness for self

  • Navigating life transitions (career, relationships, motherhood)

  • Emotional support for anxiety, grief, or stress

  • Exploring identity and purpose
