I’m Alana, an integrative and trauma-informed counsellor on the Sunshine Coast in Noosa. I offer individual therapy, trauma counselling, anxiety counselling, and depression counselling for adults seeking balance, resilience, and self-understanding. Through mindfulness, gentle movement, and narrative therapy, sessions become a safe space to explore your emotions, process experiences, and reconnect with your inner steadiness. ( dont really like teh way this sounds) bit bland.. (i like the copy. from the other page more.
Note, dont really like how the copy reads here bjust tried to copy template prefer text from the original but there is way too much. :D It feels a bit stressful with the below service and i dont like any of the images here either, i would love to have something much softer and gentle.

WHY CHOOSE INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING?
One-to-one counselling offers a steady, supportive space to explore emotions without being overwhelmed by them. Sessions are grounded, relational, and paced gently, supporting you to process experiences, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness.
This work is especially supportive if you feel emotionally sensitive, heart ache, overwhelmed, or stuck in recurring emotional patterns.

• 3-session pack — 10% discount
• 5-session pack — 10% discount
• 10-session pack — 10% discount
• Returning clients:
• 3-session pack — 5% discount
• 5-session pack — 5% discount

Remote Sessions, Add somewhere, zoom or phone.
Prices Session & Booking Details (Inclusive of GST):
• Individual Sessions – 60 minutes: $120
• Extended Sessions – 90 minutes: $150
I also offer a free 20-minute consultation to explore fit before booking.
Additional Options
• After-hours booking on request — additional $55 per hour
• In-home or travel appointments — available on request

Yoga Therapy
These sessions use movement, breath, and stillness to support emotional release and nervous-system regulation. The focus is on listening to the body and allowing emotions to move through naturally.
$100 an hour. Maybe learn more takes to private yoga page? Maybe i need to ayurvedic health counselling here too or as a seperate.
Group Therapy –
This is an invitation into a small, held space where emotions are met with care, curiosity, and honesty. Group therapy is designed for people who may feel intimated by individual therapy, want less focus, but still want support exploring inner world, it is affordable, and is a safe space. There is no fixing, no telling people what to it is a space where we may have themes around working with our nervous system, boundaries etc, overcoming doubt etc, building communication skills, finding focus, all in a safe, intimate space, groups are put together thoughtfully, ensuring that the people are respectful, getnle, kind, all with same intent to find connection and support. $45 a session.
The type of group space that feels, Healing, gentle, patient, supportive..
Group therapy is a weekly, therapeutically facilitated group for exploring your relationships with yourself and others. Groups are intimate — max 6 people — so every voice is heard, and every person is supported. I also have reiki qualifications ( i could weave that into the yoga therapy page. working with our energy.. i dont like the word somatic i think it has a bit of hippie like tone, prefer theraptic movement, energy. yoga page and ayurveda maybe come later.. after this is organised and people can contact for indvidual and group clear.
