In our fast-paced world, it's easy to become disconnected from our bodies and inner selves. Through personalised yoga therapy sessions, I offer a space to slow down, breathe, and guide you through a hatha or vinyasa flow to gently explore the connection between movement and emotion and come to know movement as medicine and a way it supports our emotional regulation.

As a certified yoga teacher trained in both Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, I integrate Ayurvedic principles and trauma-informed care into each session. My approach is gentle and compassionate, focusing on sustainable movement practices that support emotional well-being and foster a deeper connection between body and mind.
