Group Counselling

SUPPORT IN A SMALL GROUP

Group counselling offers a supportive and contained space to explore your experiences alongside others.

In a small, closed group, you are not only heard by a therapist, but witnessed by people who may share similar struggles.

As a strengths-based counsellor, I work with emotional overwhelm through an integrative, evidence-based approach that includes a focus on the nervous system. Our work together is not about fixing what is wrong, but about building internal resources, resilience, and steadiness from within.

Groups are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of six participants, to support emotional safety, trust, and meaningful connection.

Sessions are held weekly or fortnightly over six structured sessions to create consistency, connection, and emotional safety over time.
