Group Counselling
SUPPORT IN A SMALL GROUP
How Group Counselling Works
Group counselling offers a supportive and contained space to explore your experiences alongside others. In a small, closed group, you are not only heard by a therapist, but witnessed by people who may share similar struggles.
Meeting weekly, this group is designed to create consistency, trust, and emotional safety over time. With a maximum of six members, the space remains intimate and steady, allowing deeper connection and reflection.
Group counselling can be especially supportive if you are navigating emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, trauma recovery, or a sense of isolation. Being in community often helps soften shame and build confidence in relating to others.
If you feel drawn to this kind of shared healing space, you are welcome to apply below.
Request to join group counselling
Groups meet weekly — in person on Wednesday evenings and online on Thursday evenings in Noosa Heads. This is a closed group with the same members throughout, and spaces are limited to 6 people.
Applications for 2027 are now open. You’re welcome to request an invite to join the group — spaces are limited, so early applications are recommended.
