Alongside my counselling work, I offer private yoga sessions designed to support emotional wellbeing through gentle movement and mindful awareness.
These sessions are not performance-based or fast-paced. They are grounded in nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and creating a steady connection between body and mind.
Whether you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply wanting to move more intentionally, sessions are shaped around your needs and capacity.
