Clear Skies is a 6-week strength-based wellbeing program for teen girls aged 14–18, designed to support emotional regulation, confidence, and self-understanding.
This round has been shaped by the girls themselves — based on what they've told us they want and need, this group will focus on:
Building confidence
Navigating friendships
Exploring their strengths
Rather than focusing on problems, Clear Skies focuses on what is already working — helping teens recognise their strengths and build from there.
Through guided discussion, reflection, journaling, movement, and simple nervous system tools, participants learn how to understand their emotions and respond to them in healthier, more grounded ways.
