6-Week Yoga & Movement Program at Noosa Flow


An Invitation to Move, Breathe, and Regulate Your Nervous System

Join us for a movement and yoga-inspired journey designed to support stress release, nervous system regulation, and grounded presence. This space is intentionally humble, welcoming, and entirely free of judgment. You do not need to be flexible or have any prior yoga experience, come exactly as you are.

While you are completely welcome to drop in as you go, committing to the full 6-week series will give you a much deeper foundation. Stepping through the entire progression allows you to truly understand what movement feels most natural for your body, leaving you with sustainable tools you can confidently take into your daily life.

The 6-Week Focus

  • Week 1: Hatha & Vinyasa Fundamentals – Laying the foundations of mindful alignment and exploring Ujjayi breath to soothe the nervous system.

  • Week 2: Vinyasa Flow & Presence – Linking breath to fluid, gentle movement to create a true "meditation in motion."

  • Week 3: Core, Balance & Stability – Building inner core strength and grounded awareness to find your physical and energetic centre.

  • Week 4: Vinyasa Dynamic & Backbends – Exploring heart-opening postures and dynamic sun salutations to invite vitality and playfulness.

  • Week 5: Happy Hips & Inversions – Moving softly into the hips and fascia to release physical tension and emotional holding.

  • Week 6: Detoxifying Twists & Forward Bends – Cleansing twists paired with calming forward folds to invite a deep, introspective quiet.

    Noosa Flow is a boutique Pilates and wellness sanctuary located upstairs within Belmondos Organic Market in Noosaville.

Investment & Pricing

  • Full 6-Week Series: $150 (Recommended for a complete foundation)

  • Casual Drop-In: $25 per class (Perfect if you need to flow with your schedule)
